Fez is a foreign exchange student from god knows where, who somehow ended up in Point Place, Wisconsin. A snappy dresser and disco dancing King. Fez loves his friends(especially Hyde)even if they don't appreciate him. Although he means well and is quite harmless, Fez's inability to grasp the true meaning of certain english words usually leads him to use questionable and insulting terms for the beautiful women he is often trying to seduce.
